Bill Leff

FUNNYMAN - RADIO PERSONALITY

Bill Leff is a Chicago-born actor, writer, stand-up comic, and radio host. As a stand-up, Bill toured nationwide for a decade, appearing at top comedy clubs including THE IMPROV, CATCH A RISING STAR, ZANIES, and THE FUNNY BONE. In addition he won five major comedy competitions including THE MIDWEST MERIT COMEDY COMPETITION, and THE JOHNNY WALKER COMEDY SEARCH, finishing first runner-up at the national finals in Los Angeles.

On television, Bill has appeared on A&E's "EVENING AT THE IMPROV", MTV's "HALF-HOUR COMEDY HOUR", and Comedy Central's "SHORT ATTENTION SPAN THEATRE". In Chicago, Bill served as a roving correspondent for WLS-TV's "190 North", and FOX SPORTS NET.

Bill's acting roles include BOBBY JAMES, the overly enthusiastic Cleveland Indians fan in "MAJOR LEAGUE", and "MAJOR LEAGUE 2", and Al Capone's friend JOE E. LEWIS in the television series, "THE UNTOUCHABLES".

In 1995, Bill teamed with Wendy Snyder on THE LOOP FM to create "THE WENDY AND BILL SHOW", which later moved to mornings on Q101. Followed by Mornings on WLIT-FM with Melissa Forman.  Most recently, Bill co-hosted the morning show with Jennifer Stephens on WNND-FM.

Bill is happily married to an actress, Teri McEvoy, and has 8-year-old twin daughters, Kiley and Reese. He collects toys, considers himself well versed at useless trivia, and can usually be found on or near a tennis court or ping pong table.
